Habitation Checks
The living space of a motorhome has its own set of systems that need regular inspection. We go through everything: gas, electrical, plumbing, seals, and appliances.
Why habitation matters
The habitation section of a motorhome is more complex than most people realise. It contains gas systems, 12V and 240V electrical circuits, fresh and waste water plumbing, heating, refrigeration, and sealing systems that protect the structure from water ingress.
Each of these systems can develop faults that range from annoying to dangerous. A gas leak, a failed seal that lets water in over months, or a faulty 12V circuit are all things that a habitation check catches before they become a bigger problem.
We recommend a habitation check at least annually, either as a standalone service or combined with a routine chassis service.
